EasyMed Medical Equipment Rental Services – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the EasyMed Medical Equipment Rental Services website and the rental of medical equipment through our platform.

By placing a rental request or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. About EasyMed

EasyMed Medical Rental Services provides medical equipment for temporary rental use.

Our services may include delivery, pickup, installation or basic equipment guidance, depending on the equipment and rental arrangement.

2. Rental Agreement

A rental is considered confirmed only after EasyMed has accepted the booking and communicated the applicable rental terms, charges and rental period.

Equipment availability is subject to stock and operational capacity.

3. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information
  • Using equipment appropriately
  • Following manufacturer's instructions
  • Following instructions provided by EasyMed
  • Keeping the equipment secure
  • Returning the equipment within the agreed rental period.

4. Medical Use

EasyMed provides equipment and rental services. We do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or medical advice through our website or rental service.

Customers should consult a qualified doctor or healthcare professional regarding:

  • Whether a particular equipment is appropriate
  • How it should be used for a specific medical condition
  • Required settings
  • Treatment duration
  • Patient-specific medical decisions.

5. Equipment Use

Equipment must only be used for its intended purpose.

Customers must not:

  • Modify equipment
  • Remove safety components
  • Attempt unauthorized repairs
  • Alter electrical components
  • Use equipment contrary to manufacturer instructions
  • Allow unauthorized persons to tamper with the equipment.

6. Equipment Condition

EasyMed aims to provide equipment that is clean, sanitized, functional and fit for rental use.

Equipment may show reasonable signs of prior use.

Where appropriate, equipment is inspected and sanitized before being provided to a customer.

7. Hygiene and Sanitization

EasyMed takes reasonable measures to clean and sanitize reusable equipment between rentals.

Certain components may require special cleaning, replacement or customer-specific handling.

Customers must follow any cleaning and hygiene instructions provided with the equipment.

8. Rental Period

The rental period begins on the agreed delivery/collection date and ends on the agreed return date unless extended.

Extensions are subject to availability and additional charges.

9. Payment

Customers agree to pay all applicable:

  • Rental charges
  • Security deposits
  • Delivery charges
  • Pickup charges
  • Installation charges
  • Damage charges
  • Late-return charges
  • Other charges communicated before or during the rental.

10. Security Deposit

Where applicable, a security deposit may be collected.

The deposit may be used toward unpaid charges, damage, loss or missing equipment/accessories.

Any remaining amount will be refunded according to EasyMed's refund procedure.

11. Cancellation

Cancellation terms are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and any specific terms communicated during booking.

12. Equipment Breakdown

If equipment stops working, customers should immediately contact EasyMed.

Customers should not attempt unauthorized repairs.

Where reasonably possible, EasyMed may repair or replace the equipment depending on availability and the nature of the problem.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, EasyMed shall not be responsible for losses resulting from:

  • Incorrect or unauthorized use of equipment
  • Failure to follow medical or manufacturer instructions
  • Use of equipment without appropriate professional guidance
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Negligence or misuse by the customer
  • Failure to disclose relevant information by the customer
  • Delays caused by circumstances outside EasyMed's reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

14. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, images, specifications and availability information accurate.

However, actual equipment may vary slightly from website photographs.

15. Changes to Services

EasyMed reserves the right to modify its services, rental charges, equipment availability or website content from time to time.

Changes will not affect confirmed rentals unless required by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.

Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
